Lucid Dream Machine (Spud Crowley’s Glass Realm Remix)
Alternative electronic trio something fiction just dropped a previously unreleased remix on soundcloud from 2012’s Mycology EP. Re-imagining Botany’s slow-building and droney ballad “Lucid Dream Machine”, Austin-based producer Spud Crowley’s Glass Realm Remix transmutes the song into a glistening and warm electronic soundscape that explores the dream worlds that inspire something fiction’s music.
This mix was among the first received by the group when Mycology was initially set into motion, and it holds a special and sacred significance to the members of the project. something fiction is in the studio recording their first full length album, Alchemy LP.
