Kernel Panic
Oregon-based beat producer Supertask has just unveiled his latest release, a 3-track EP titled Kernel Panic. Throughout the EP’s progression, we are met with a dynamic set of moods and instrumentation, consisting of melodiously synthesized blips and glitches and dreamy, illusory vocal sampling atop a fierce beat and floor of heavy reggae-like bass. Continuing to push the envelope, this release furthers the unique style Supertask is becoming known for, bringing many genres and influences together to intertwine in a collection of hard hitting and high-energy tracks.
